Portland State Fans Forum has upgraded to phpbb3, the newest installment phpbb has made. The board now looks different and moves faster. Enjoy the new addition.
As of October 11th PSFF has 941 members.
As of today Portland State Fans Forum is officially 1 year old. I made this board because we needed a real site, everyone else in the BSC had one. And also because of a certain poster at OL. I feel I made the right decision. In 1 year we have gone from 1 member (myself) to 773. At this time last year this board looked different, had a small amount of conversation, and was not very popular. Most people were using the board to get away from the Oregon Live forum, which sadly has been abandoned by most fans because of certain conversation interferences. I’d like to thank those who were in support of this site from the start, during that time period there wasn’t much going on. Thank you for not leaving.
Our first Game Day Thread was on September 2nd, 2006, sadly I could not even be on PSFF, I was at my Grandparents 50th anniversary, But I’ve never been happier to be on a hill top in the middle of nowhere to find out that we pulled of yet another upset. After that lots of fans began to jump on board. We had turned a lot of heads around the country. We had a fair amount of people show up at the site on road games, the same for home games. (Though I’d like you all to be at the game if you can be there) We had some interesting weeks, from when the Montana fans invaded our board, to the frustration of losing to Montana State. We had our moments. The season ended and the board was a little more quiet, getting snubbed from the playoffs sucked. But oddly after football, when Basketball got going, a whole bunch of fans began to join. Posters that know are regulars here. Membership kept increasing. Going into the Month of March PSFF had 192 members, then for some odd reason (that odd reason is named Jerry Glanville) we gained 140 members in one month, moving us to 332 by the end of the month, since then we have kept a steady average of 115 new members per month., but football season is always the big getter. After that the board really formed into what it is now. We have frequent posters from many schools, from Hawaii to Wyoming to San Diego State to McNeese State, we have a very diverse group. VikThunder won our first March Madness Tourney. We set up a Fantasy Football League. Things got real good after Jerry and Mouse showed up. PSUFansForum.com has gained a lot of neat stuff thanks to the members who make it was it is. I want to thank all you members who have stayed and made this board into a great place for fans, alumni, players, parents, etc. Also thank you to those who have donated, you all take a load of my back. Its been nice to have a place where Viking fans can express their personal opinions without being heckled. Keep spreading the word fans! At the games, work, the mall, wherever! Make PSUFansForum.com the place to be for Viking fans.

The site is coming up on its 1 year anniversary and is looking better then ever. The Front Page wen from non-existent to a neat page. With small videos, photos, game status, and more PSUFansForum.com is moving ahead. The forum now has a new logo and new posting icons, along with a sharp background.

Missoula, MT (Championship Subdivision Sports) - The owner and creator of eGriz.com and the brand new BigSkyFans.com is proud to announce the creation of his third website, ChampionshipSubdivision.com [FCSFans.com]. Championship Subdivision will serve as a message board community covering the Division I Football Championship Subdivision, as well as Division I College Basketball, and College Baseball. Chris Lynn, the site owner, said ” I want this new site to be a community where FCS fans can get together and chat about what they love… FCS Football, Basketball, Sports, and women!” The site’s release date is July 13th.
On opening day not all Viking fans are headed to Lake Charles, meet us in the Chat Room on opening day and talk about the game. A great turn out is expected.

Your home town site, we are building at an incredible rate and traffic gets bigger every day, this is the #1 fan site for PSU fans we face the facts and have realistic views but stay optimistic, the board is welcome to any fan and should be a great site in the future. Again growth rate is better then eGriz at this point in time. With the help of fans and Chris of eGriz this site is looking fantastic. Must Join.
Anyways thats my take be sure to interact with other fan but watch out for some, Go Vikings!
This yahoo league allows 20 members at tops, this will not be the only league, but please if you do chose to play in this league do not join the other(s), the other league is not open yet nor have we decided if there will be another, all depends on the turn out of fans.
The draft isn’t until Saturday August 25th so we have plenty of time, plenty of time gain members, so more info in the future but here is our first league, join! And soon, the quicker you join the higher the draft pick you have.
